We respectfully ask that you observe quiet hours from 10PM, every night of the week. Violations of this rule may result in a formal report filed on Airbnb or early termination of your booking. ✹ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE - This home is located on Anderson St, which is a very busy road in downtown Savannah. If you are sensitive to street noise, we highly suggest packing earplugs or utilizing a white noise app. This apartment is on the second floor of a two-story duplex. This is a historic home, and the walls are thin and not soundproof. It is possible that you may hear the guests downstairs at some point during your stay. ✹ STREET CLEANING - Street cleaning takes place weekly. The posted street signs will indicate which day of the week cleaning occurs. If you find street cleaning is occurring on a street on which you are parked, you may find alternate parking on an adjacent street where street sweeping is not taking place. ✹ OPEN CONTAINER POLICY - Downtown Savannah has an open container policy (plastic only) which allows you to walk around and drink in the downtown Historic District, north of Forsyth Park, only. If you want to spend a night out on the town, West Congress Street is home to a high concentration of bars. ✹ FREE DOT SHUTTLE - Guests can use the Savannah’s Free DOT trolley service to get around downtown Savannah. Please be aware that off-street parking in Savannah is relatively uncommon. If you have additional vehicles, free on-street parking is available, on a first-come, first-served basis. There is usually ample parking available. Please note that we are unable to guarantee street-parking spaces, for trailers, U-hauls, boats, etc. If you need to park these vehicles, please make alternative arrangements. ✔ WORK FROM HOME - There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home, plus multiple laptop-friendly surfaces. ✔ FAMILY - Traveling with little ones?
